Booking requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A journey is confirmed only when availability, vehicle, route and quotation are agreed directly with you.
Route and time estimates
Map distances and travel times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road conditions, rest stops and route changes can affect the journey.
Pricing and payment
Route-based prices shown in LKR and USD are fixed for the route, stops and vehicle entered when the price is calculated. A change to those journey details requires a new fixed price. The USD amount uses a configurable reference exchange rate rather than a live market feed. We accept cash and card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No card details are collected and no payment is taken in the booking request form. After Pearl Taxi confirms the journey and exact LKR amount, an administrator may agree a cash or card payment or issue a time-limited Dialog Pay Business link. Dialog Pay processes online payments; a booking is marked paid only after the site verifies the transaction directly with Dialog.
Passenger responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, pickup, flight, passenger and luggage details. Do not request unsafe, unlawful or impractical transport. Inform us in advance about child seats, accessibility needs or exceptional luggage.
Changes and cancellation
Changes remain subject to vehicle and driver availability. Any cancellation terms that apply to a confirmed journey will be provided with that confirmation.
Website use
Do not misuse the booking form, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material or interfere with the service. Content may change as services and operating conditions evolve.
